Thank you to everyone who participated in IRX2013, our most successful to date.
IRX 2013 saw a 26% increase in visitors and the event was abuzz with people doing non-stop business.
IRX 2014 will see an increased floor space, an increase in visitors and an increased scope – covering the gamut of multichannel, multinational commerce, the demanding commercial professionals and the expert supplier ecosystem that support it.

Key Trends For 2013?
One of our new features for IRX 2013 was 13 for 13.
This research into the top trends for our retail visitors showed that M-Retailing, Delivery, experience design and ‘recession retail’ were the top priorities, with the channelling trend of “seamlessness” giving us a more pleasant term than ‘omnichannel’.
Indeed, if there was one message from IRX it was that the customer’s seamless experience is now the highest priority – even more than single-channel capability.
