Digital Customer Expo will take place at ExCeL London on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 October 2025.

Wednesday 1 October 2023: 09:30 - 17:30

Thursday 2 October 2023: 09:30 – 16:30

You will only need to register once to visit DTX, UCX and Digtial Customer Expo and you will have access to all three events.

Yes, Digital Customer Expo is free to attend, as are all the conference sessions and roundtables.

We will be celebrating Oktoberfest at Digital Customer Expo, which will take place on the show floor on Wednesday 1 October 2025 from 16:00-17:00, which is for exhibitors only. 

The VIP programme is invite-only. There is no need to apply, just register and, should you qualify, we will email you to let you know you have been upgraded.
