REGISTRATION
Registration and entrance to IR B2B eComm Conference is ticketed. It is a professional event and admission is for over 16s only.
The organiser reserves the right to change terms and conditions with no prior notice and can refuse entry or insist that any visitor leaves the exhibition and conference for any reason.
PAYMENT
Payment of the full delegate fee (for those that do not qualify for a free pass) is due 14 days after the invoice date, or immediately, if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice.
Entrance to the event is subject to full payment being received.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation: a) If you cancel your place in writing at least 30 days from the event, you will be refunded less a 75% administrative charge. b) If you cancel your place in writing within 30 days of the start of the event, you receive no refund. Please note that all conference fees remain payable and invoices will not be cancelled, unless these cancellation terms are met.
Early Bird Discount: To qualify for the Early Bird Discounts, registered attendees must book and have paid for their pass by the expiry date. Please note that discounts cannot be combined. Highest Discount Applies.
Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. IR B2B eComm Conference and Clarion Events does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Event places are for the named delegate only and are for representatives of the registered company only unless otherwise agreed with the IR B2B team.
Substitutions can be made at any time up to the event, until two days before the event. Places are not transferable on the day of the event or on the day before the event. Please confirm the details of the replacement in writing to
FORCE MAJEURE
Please note that in case of force majeure, Clarion Events Limited is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of Clarion Events Limited that impede permanent or temporary compliance with their obligations, such as ‘acts of god’, war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the event organisation or its suppliers.
ATTENDANCE
When you allow your badge to be scanned by a sponsor at IR B2B eComm Conference, you're consenting to your personal data (Name/Address/Telephone/Email) being provided to that sponsor.
They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services, analytics and statistics. Some of these sponsors may also be located outside of the EEA; in consenting to giving them your personal data, you are consenting to the transfer of your data outside the EEA in some cases. If you would like more information about this, you can request a copy of the sponsor’s privacy policy directly from them before having your badge scanned.
The sponsor's use of personal data is subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM
Clarion Events, the event organisers, employ an official photographer and film crew to take photos and film the event - the photos and footage will feature in promotional materials for this event and in the future. By registering for the event, you consent to images and footage of you being used in promotional material for this event and in the future.
PURCHASES
Items are supplied for the duration of the event and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items for a similar quality and specification.
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION COMPETITION
This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. To enter the competition, you must have REGISTERED to IR B2B eComm Conference and ATTEND. You will not be considered for the competition if you haven't attended AND haven't used the unique URL provided. The competition is not open to employees or the promoter of IR B2B eComm Conference.
The competition closes when the registration form closes.
The attendee who receives the highest number of registrations using the unique URL provided after completing the registration will win a DJI NEO Mini Drone.
The winner will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 90 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and IR B2B eComm Conference shall be entitled to select the attendee who had the second-highest number of registrations.
