Women of Retail is a community celebrating female and diverse voices in the retail industry, and we are supporting the community in its groundbreaking female leadership research. With the majority of retail industry employees being women, yet a minority in senior and executive leadership positions, Women of Retail are keen to understand the experience of women working in and around our beloved industry as well as hearing from men on their experience.
Please complete the survey by the 3 March. The survey will take approximately 15min to complete and all your data will be kept confidential and anonymous.
