Arrival & Facilities
Complimentary Cloakroom: Located in the Hotel Lobby, to the left of the main entrance. This service is available to all delegates for the duration of the event.

Accessible Restrooms: Fully accessible toilets are located in the reception area.

Step-Free Access:
Basement Access: A dedicated lift is available to provide step-free access to our basement facilities. If you require the use of this lift, please speak with a member of the event team who will be happy to assist you.

Family Facilities
Baby Changing: A baby changing station is available within the accessible restroom located in the reception area.

Private Nursing Space: We offer a private space suitable for breastfeeding or chest-feeding. Please visit the Yoga Studio, located in the corridor leading toward "The Bays" (Expo area).

Inclusive Spaces
Quiet & Prayer Room: The Yoga Studio is available throughout the event as a multi-faith prayer room or a dedicated quiet space for those needing a sensory break. This can be found in the corridor leading to "The Bays." Please let a member of the team know if you'll be needing to access this space.
